Hosting and server delivery
This Next.js website is operated on a self-managed VPS and delivered behind Cloudflare. The server operator and Cloudflare may process request metadata such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, and technical log information to deliver and secure the website.
Processing is necessary for operation, security and reliable delivery of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Operational data is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. The final VPS provider, infrastructure wording, retention periods and any international-transfer safeguards require Austrian legal review before production activation.
Contact form
NIPE Solutions e.U. is the controller. When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, message and request metadata to respond and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps. You can instead contact us directly by email or telephone without using the form.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes request and device metadata for abuse prevention. Resend processes the submitted contact data to deliver your enquiry to NIPE. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for abuse prevention and other legitimate business communication.
We retain enquiries only while needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship, subject to statutory retention and other legal obligations. International transfers, where applicable, are subject to the safeguards described in the relevant provider terms. These legal bases, retention periods, processor terms and transfer safeguards require Austrian legal review before production activation.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled until you explicitly accept analytics and is loaded only when the site has a configured public analytics token. It helps us understand aggregate website use and improve the site.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Cloudflare is the provider and may process the data categories described in its privacy policy, including technical and usage information. International transfers may occur as described by Cloudflare. You can withdraw consent at any time through Privacy settings; withdrawal does not affect processing based on consent before withdrawal.
Consent storage
This site stores only your analytics decision in local storage so that your choice can be remembered. You can open Privacy settings at any time to change or withdraw that choice.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability where applicable, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
